Store platform

The Vantix online store is hosted through Shopify. Shopify and applicable payment providers supply the ecommerce and payment-processing infrastructure used to complete transactions.

Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Product information

Vantix makes reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, compatibility information, pricing, images, and specifications. Colors and product appearance may vary slightly because of device displays, photography, product revisions, and manufacturing variations.

Vantix may correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order when product or pricing information is materially inaccurate.

Device compatibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct device model, connector type, size, and product variant. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Vantix may limit, reject, or cancel an order because of product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraud or unauthorized activity, payment authorization failure, shipping limitations, or quantity restrictions. If Vantix cancels a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, discounts, and shipping charges are calculated during checkout. Customers agree to provide accurate billing, payment, contact, and delivery information. Payment processing is handled by Shopify and the payment providers displayed during checkout.

Shipping

Processing time, delivery estimates, tracking, address responsibilities, and shipping limitations are governed by the Vantix Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, supply availability, and circumstances outside Vantix’s reasonable control.

Returns and refunds
